Heart Healing Cacao Ceremony
Friday December 13th 6-8 PM at Inspire Studios we will be hosting a heart healing cacao ceremony. In this ceremony we will begin our night with an intentional and gratitude based practice with ceremonial cacao. Followed by restful sound healing, journaling and light Reiki touch. Let yourself rest, release and restore as we will be in the season of recovery. We ask that you bring your own mug, yoga mat, blanket, notebook, and anything else you may need to feel comfortable. All are welcome and safe here 🤍

Candlelight New Moon Ceremony
Join us for a calming and introspective ceremony with healers Tess Mikre & Ali Ross.
This New Moon in Scorpio is bringing in big energy around transformation, reflection and shedding. Forcing us to ask ourselves the hard questions about our own personal fears. In this ceremony we will be welcoming in discussion around this energy along with, intention setting, a candle ritual, and a guided meditation with the loving touch of Reiki. We will also be giving you a special gift to finish your ritual at home.

Join a beautiful community and come release what no longer serves you under this glowing Hunters Moon. Bring a water, journal, yoga mat & anything else to make yourself feel comfortable.
Season End Celebration at the Lavender Barnyard
Join us to send off the outdoor yoga season with us and enjoy a day of mindfulness and self-care. You can warm yourself by the bonfire, shop for lavender products, and enjoy complimentary lavender-flavored beverages throughout the day.
